Data we may process

When you contact Q&S Center through the website, we may process identifying and contact data such as your name, company, email address, telephone number and the information included in your message.

The website also records basic first-party visit measurement data: page visited, entry time, approximate visit duration, pageview/session identifiers generated in the browser for that visit, event type and a daily visitor key calculated server-side from IP address, browser information and date. The raw IP address is used only transiently to calculate this daily key and is not stored in the analytics files.

Purposes of processing

We process personal data to manage enquiries, respond to requests, maintain professional or commercial relationships and, where applicable, send information related to Q&S Center services when there is a lawful basis to do so.

We process first-party visit measurement data to understand the number of users, pages viewed and approximate time spent on the website, and to improve content, usability and performance. This system does not use Google Analytics, third-party trackers or stored IP addresses.

Legal basis

The processing of contact form data is based on the consent given when sending the enquiry and on the need to respond to the request. Processing connected with an existing professional or commercial relationship may be based on contract performance or legitimate interest.

Privacy-friendly audience measurement may be based on legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website, using minimised data and without storing IP addresses. Visitors can reject optional analytics preferences through the cookie settings interface.

Data retention

Unless you object to the processing, data linked to enquiries may be kept for up to three years after the request, or for as long as a commercial or professional relationship remains active. Data may also be retained during statutory limitation periods required to deal with legal, tax or administrative obligations or potential claims.

Visit measurement logs are stored locally in JSONL files and should be retained only for the period needed to analyse website usage. A practical maximum retention period of 12 months is recommended unless a shorter operational period is defined.

Recipients

Your personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for unrelated purposes. Data may be shared with service providers that support website operation, email delivery, hosting and security, and with public authorities when required by law. The current visit measurement system is first-party and stores data locally on the website hosting environment.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this occurs, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms will be applied where required.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing by contacting Viavox Interactive, S.L. at qs@qualityandsupport.com or at the registered address above. You may be asked to provide proof of identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the competent supervisory authority.
